I wanted to reflect on some of the excitement I enjoyed at the Jackson County Junior Fair this year.

First - the smile on Chasity Raines face, as she thanked me for purchasing her steer, made my first livestock purchase a rewarding experience.  What a great young lady!

Also, I was pleased to be asked to sponsor the Fair pie contest this year.  It was great handing out prizes to the winners and great to see the support individuals and businesses provided by purchasing the pies.
